Despite any negative reviews, this place is good. Had a couple orders go wrong, but the manager JD made it right which is all you can ask for. He's very easy to work with. Mistakes happen but he works through them. For the majority of the time this place is quality.
I was Hungry again for some Howies in western Mesa while I was sitting at Starbucks outside(no indoor seating)in 107F weather. I lucked out and saw a mirage(like Treasure of the Sierra Madre)that was real: An HH directly ahead of me in the adjacent shopping center. I strolled over or should I say staggered over in the outdoor oven that is Mesa now and was warmly greeted by GM Jessica. She made my day(Clint Eastwood style)with a totally satisfying and delicious smorgasbord of boneless asian wings, loaded pizza and 3 cheese bread. It all tasted great and Jessica provided world class service. Hungry Howies and my stomach win again. Highly recommended.
